She listened carefully to our needs, offered thoughtful suggestions, and brought each space to life with smart, stylish solutions that maximized both functional and beauty. Her attention to detail and ability to tailor each design to our lifestyle made a huge difference. Steve, our installer, is equally impressive. His craftsmanship is top-notch - precise, clean, and efficient. He treated each project with care ensuring everything was perfectly installed and finished. Stellar attention to detail. We could not be happier with our new custom closet! From start to finish, the process was seamless and fun. The showroom experience made it easy to bring our ideas to life, with plenty of inspiration and helpful guidance from our designers, Julia and Chi, to maximize storage and functionality. The design process was collaborative and communication was clear at every step. Scheduling the installation was convenient and we had a direct line to our designers whenever we had questions. Our installer, Adam, arrived on time, completed the installation quickly, and left the closet sparkling clean upon completion. The finished product is beyond our expectations. The construction feels solid and the drawers/inserts are high quality. It not only looks beautiful, but functions perfectly for our needs. For anyone considering a remodel, look no further. Working with Twin Cities Closet Company was fantastic from start to finish of our project! We recently had 4 closets completed with customized organization systems that resulted in more beauty and functional use of the space. We absolutely love our custom closet from Twin Cities Closet Company! Our previous closet wasn’t functional—it lacked drawers and was made from flimsy, low-quality materials. Therese made the entire process so easy—we gave her a general idea of what we were looking for, and she did the rest. She designed a custom closet tailored to our needs, and she nailed it—everything we wanted, and all within our budget.The materials are sturdy, the design is beautiful, and we finally have a functional space for all our clothes and accessories.

I recently purchased a Murphy Bed from Twin Cities Closet Company, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Their sales rep Sandi Estey's knowledge of the product and commitment to customer satisfaction was remarkable. The assembly and installation process with Chad and Kyle was smooth, they were prompt and professional. The Murphy Bed is in excellent condition, exactly as described. This was our second time using TCCC. Julia was great to work with! Easy to schedule initial appointment and she had our design ready within a couple of days. Very few revisions were needed as she was a great listener and designed based on what we were asking for. Build and install timeline was very efficient and Kyle did a great job installing.
