Jen I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding work of Ms. Jen. Her guidance, collaboration, and timely intervention were instrumental to the success of our process. Her professionalism, integrity, and dedication are truly admirable. It was a genuine privilege to have her support and expertise. His efforts greatly contributed to facilitating and expediting every stage of the process. I was a little skeptical about renting from here because they don’t offer 24 hour access, but figured 6AM-9PM was decent enough for access. The initial process was smooth & easy to start - no issues what so ever getting in and setup. Now… In my process of moving, I went last night around 8:40PM to drop off some boxes before my big move the next day - door system was offline, no access. Now the next day of my move (out of state), I’m there at 7AM… system offline no access. You call the number on the door, no customer service line - just leave a voicemail. If you’re going to sell specific access times - please stick to them. Avoid renting here.

Jen was attentive as I was moving into my new unit and I did NOT have an appt. But I did have a question and while she was busy assisting another customer, she was kind enough and stopped with what she was doing. Jen asked what I needed and she was great with responding promptly in professionally manner. While it was extremely frustrating and it’s a frequently asked question, she decided to join forces and immediately took the initiative to resolve our concerns regarding the lease process and etc. She still she managed to be assertive, clear and show no signs of being overwhelmed. She was very patient while with her first appt. and answered our question while educating both of us regarding the contract and other specific details that I needed. Thank God for Jen’s help in this very frustrating situation while the online process is not at all clear and it makes it very hard to understand. In these times we need more patient ppl like her !! Jen was super helpful with getting me in my mom’s unit after she passed away. This location is highly recommended and very professional I can see why my mom rented a space for 10 years from them!

Great facility. It is kept clean. Jen was a great help. She answered all my questions. She gives customers undivided attention, and that is much appreciated.

Jen is very delightful person she made the whole experience 10/10 very hard worker. The owners should have two employees per shift instead of having one employee covering 2 different locations.

We have had a storage unit here for a little over a year and have only had positive experiences with Jen. She is super helpful and knowledgeable. The place is super clean and we always recommend to all of our friends.
