Mack True Value Hardware

If I could give this place six stars I would. I’ve been coming here since I moved to Mission 17 years ago. Kelly and Steve and the rest of the gang are beyond helpful and friendly. The personal attention you receive here is what keeps me coming back. I will avoid Home Depot and Lowe’s at all costs. These guys will ask you what you need and personally walk you there, then talk through troubleshooting on any issues and help solve all your home repair DIY problems. They have saved me time and again, and I cannot recommend them enough!

Mack True Value is my "go-to" when it comes to anything I need. They carry a large selection, but what makes Mack truly stand out is their customer service. I have never felt ignored, put down for my lack of knowledge, or unimportant at Mack. EVERYONE on the staff is knowledgeable, the store is clean, and you will feel truly helped in an always honest way. Plus, they have free popcorn.

This place always has what I need with the most HELPFUL & KIND staff. Who knew that my favorite business in downtown Mission would be a hardware store? Thank you Mack True Value!!

Super helpful. Excellent selection. A great hardware store. Has everything from bulk grass seed to flashlights.

While they were trying to be helpful, I noted that I didn't need any assistance. One of their employees started following me around the store, which aggravated me. I noted that I didn't need help and could take my business elsewhere. Instead of being polite, the employee said, "Yeah, why don't you do that." I guess they don't want everyone's business.

The go to store! Very well stocked. Kelly and crew are so knowledgeable and helpful. Steve provides repairs for lawnmowers and other equipment. They went above and beyond to help us with a broken lawnmower.

Great hometown, family owned, local hardware store. They have things the big box stores do not have! Customer service and items for the older homes in this area.
