I ordered battery for bbm battery and i am really happy with order people who work there are amazing! They help me with order because it was issue with delivering ( canada post strike) especially lady (i spoke with her in phone) Karen ! People this is great place with amazing staff!! I will order again!

TL:DR Purchased 4 batteries online, 2 arrived. They won't honor sending the missing items and they didn't offer to refund missing items until requested. Called in to inquire about missing items, person on the phone assured me that 4 batteries were shipped and that Canada Post was the likely culprit in regards to the missing items. Package arrived with no evidence of tampering or physical damage. Again, speaking with the person on the phone, they assured me that the order was package at BBM Battery with the 4 batteries, and no repackaging happened while in Canada Post's possession. Moving forward they were not willing to fulfill the order of the two missing batteries and I have requested a refund for the missing items. I decided to use this company over Amazon (same product, but cheaper) to support Canadian business. I will probably not use them again as they can't seem to recognize and rectify their mistake.

I had a battery issue for a vintage (ish) machine, and it seemed HOPELESS until I found this company. Stephanie helped me find what I needed (which was a very strange looking battery to me, as I had never seen one like it) and after I ordered the shipping was very fast. I installed the battery and lo and behold, I have a working machine now and it's like it is brand new. This company is so knowledgeable and has such kind and helpful customer service. 10/10, much appreciated!! Thank you Stephanie! Thank you Madison! Thank you Karen!

One of the few places I could find a name brand 18650 battery with a real no-nonsense spec sheet. Excellent non-AI real-person phone support. Had to sign a hold-harmless waiver and state the intended application, but overall very happy. Would buy again.

Excellent! Great customer service and prompt shipping. I ordered batteries Nov 18 and got them on the 23rd. I had previously ordered the same battery November 13th from battery clerk.ca and despite the fact that they billed my credit card immediately, they haven't even shipped yet. In summary, BBMbattery Inc is excellent...stay away from batteryclerk.ca

So happy I found BBMbattery, excellent customer service and very fast shipping, will definitely be using them for all my future battery purchases. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.

Had a Velux 833442 Battery rebuilt - it only lasted 8 months. They did honor the 1 year warranty, but the second repair only lasted a year and a half - should last 10-12 years. They would not repair the second one unless I paid full price again. Makes one think they may be using inferior battery packs for the rebuild?
