Fantastic experience. Super helpful guy (and beautiful resident black cat) who exchanged, without problem, a plant I bought a few weeks ago that perished. Much more room than some garden centers, making it easy to get around with wide aisles. Lots of variety in annuals and perrenial plants and all the rest, pots, rocks, soil and anything for outside. Wish they would keep the garden center gates open when the store is open for that last hour shopping errand.
We purchased an appliance, and expected a new undamaged item. In addition to the item being damaged, the process for the exchange has be prolonged for months. The reason there are two stars is because we have something to use at the moment, and the folk on the phone TRY their best to help. But overall, this is poor service. We simply expected a new, undamaged appliance delivered with kind and respectful interactions. I have been a customer for years and this is very disappointing.
Just purchased a big grille!!!! Home depot employee from lighting DEPT , stopped what he was doing to help me wheel grille to register and then outside to my trailer to help load it up. He could of easily sent me on a wild goose chase to find someone in the lawn and garden section, but he didn't.....That's hard to find these days in retail stores...
I live in Theodore and went to Lowe's first waited forty minutes to be told by the man in lawn and garden he would be there soon waiting for another fifteen minutes went to Home Depot got a riding mower and gone in fifteen minutes that's faster than Jimmy Johnson LOLOL
It was good for us today! Because of the freezing weather, herbs were knocked down to 3 bucks. Some of them were not hurt.
