Went in looking for a phone. Was serviced by a tattooed guy with a nasty attitude as if me inquiring about a phone was to much when asking what promo deals they had he couldn't even advise me on what would be best for me as he never asked what it was I was trying to obtain. Got to do better....

If Tootie or Shay isn't available, then don't waste your time. The woman that was there today makes you feel like your money isn't green enough. You can feel the prejudice in her voice as she speaks down to you and as she belittles her absent fellow employees that did help you. I'll find another store to upgrade 3 phones/lines today, or take my money elsewhere, where I'm valued by my business, Instead of the color of my skin.

Tootie Frutie was amazing. She helped us with a problem 2 other stores couldnt. Got our phone up and running within minutes. Shes awesome at what she does and well be driving a few more miles to go to this store from now on. Thanks, Rachel

I love this store i wouldn't go anywhere else,its really the customer service, its awesome haven't had any problems at all they are friendly and you don't have to wait long,the best customer service in the world

MetroPCS on plantation road is awesome. The manager and her team are very knowledgeable. Best store in 6 years that I have been to.
