⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ izabelle was extremely nice and helpful and uplifting, helped explain details about my phone and business plan Manager Tiffany was very nice and helpful also!
In comparison to the Schillinger location the staff is so much nicer and actually remember their regular customers. It is actually a much farther drive for me but it’s worth every mile!
The associates were not very knowledgeable and ended up on the phone with customer service and going to another T-Mobile store
Update: The store manager Doug was amazing and helped get everything fixed for us. Went in to upgrade phone using based on an advertisement that stated that we would receive $830 off the price of a brand new phone. Was told we needed to upgrade to a different plan to qualify to get that promotion. Upgraded our plan got the phone and left. Apparently we were not upgraded to the correct plan and now we are paying nearly double what we were before because our plan cost more and we are paying for a financed phone that was supposed to be FREE!! Was told by T-Mobile customer service that they are sorry that the staff in the store lied to us and nothing can be done. Guess they’re willing to lie to get their money from their "valued customers".
Office time is 10am . But Office is still close. They lock the gate inside. Very poor Customer services. Need to.change stuff.they destroyed the t mobile business
I'm in the store as i type this review I've waiting 20 +mins all I need is a screen protector. One associate keeps going in the back not trying to assist any customer that is sitting here waiting three people left just trying to figure out why the associate with the pink locs keeps going in and out of the back she's not assisting any customers that are in the store
