She is absolutely incredible — professional, warm, and genuinely cares about her customers. She went above and beyond to help me when I was in a tough spot and completely saved the day. Roselle made the process effortless and stress-free, and I left feeling not just relieved, but truly cared for. If you want top-tier service, peace of mind, and a manager who treats you like she actually cares, this is the only storage facility you should choose. I was at Prime Storage in Modesto, CA to rent a storage unit. I was assisted by James, who was in training. He was a really nice guy and did a great job signing me up.
