Leaf spring snapped on my son's truck. Called Thursday afternoon, dropped the truck off Thursday afternoon for a Monday appointment. They called us Friday afternoon stating the truck was finished!! Amazing service!! Their quote was spot on, no hidden costs and the final bill was less than the quote! Thank you Zach and crew!

Got a hitch installed for my 2019 Honda CR-V. Everything about my experience was great. They offered me the lowest price in the Madison area, and installed a hitch that was higher quality than other places. They even cut the trim pieces so the hitch bar doesn't show under the car. Excellent job, looks great, and couldn't ask for anything more. I work remotely and they had a desk in the waiting area I used while waiting for the install. To schedule my appointment I emailed them and they were very responsive.

I needed electrical wiring installed to go with a receiver hitch I previously had installed. Their pricing was comparable to U-Haul and others. They had the wiring for my '22 Hyundai Santa Fe while it was an issue with others. They were done in a half hour due to a dedicated service tech while U-Haul couldn't guarantee a minimal time due to having to cover their front desk, etc. I'm from out of state, but I have used their service before while in Madison due to the same issues with U-Haul and others. I highly recommend them.

I came in a few hours after calling water maybe in there 20 minutes and they had all the new u bolts I needed excellent place fast service they check with hou to make sure if they need any adjustments or anything and they are very polite

These Men got their shit together, (4th - 5 Star Rating Ever)bought rear leaf springs for my 2000 F350, built the springs on site. Included grade 8 U bolts Nuts and Washers, Hangers with Grade 8 Bolts, And....Bed Air Bags, model 5000 pro bags $499. Total cost for all parts $1475.00 and some change. Shouldnt have to return after my F350 2000 8foot bed suspension rebuild! again. QUALITY#1 Backlogged for installation almost 30 days, Madison Spring is worth the drive. Also sell Lift Kits. My truck now rides like a towing beast truck. I recommend and would return but... going on Road Trip permanently! They Sell shock absorbers too! Ya cannot go wrong, FIRST, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH, And know exactly what you NEED! Do Not Go to NAPA, O'reilly, Advance, etc... because they all will ALL order from Madison Spring Anyway! - Proper, Prior, Planning, Prevents, Piss, Poor, Performoance. (7P's) If you have never done this, find Someone who has, it's brutal Wire Wheeling all the cracked paint, surface Rust, Top Plate and helper spring block, you will be sore, but it looks brand new. They replaced the front springs and shocks on both of my Ford F-150 business trucks. I called on a Monday morning and they finished the work by the end of the day. Incredible same day service at reasonable cost! I would recommend Madison Spring Inc. to anyone!!!
