I went in for one thing, because this Lowes lack employees on the floor. I figured out where the item was and then reached out for assistance to get the item from a higher level.
Manager recommended a Midea dishwasher. It stopped working 2 months after purchase. Lowe’s referred me to Midea warranty. I’ll buy from Costco from now on because they will allow returns.
These people will not answer the phone for ANYTHING!!!! I tried to call and waited and someone picked up then she hung right back up.
