I absolutely hate this location! If I could do a negative 5 star I would. I try not judge based on the location because it is in a depreciated area but I call it how I see it. The area is not well kept, the Metro next to it is boarded up and it's plenty of street walkers begging. My first visit here was to get the free brake pads with the warranty and the employee was annoying to the point I walked out cursing. Each time after we came back they had the doors locked. They close up early and maybe they will take a customer or two depending on how you pay or what you want. They sit on their phones locked in watching you knock and try to ask why they locked down early. It's pathetic how people want $15 minimum wage but give you $7.25 work. The staff they have now are worthless and I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. I will travel to wherever else to another location where they appreciate customers coming and purchasing products for them to have a check and keeping the doors open.

When to two orielly and non had the oil I needed. Even one told me that the store on fairview had it. They didn't. Bit auto zone had it.

They are always friendly and professionals. I’m always able to get in and out without delay.

The Asst. Manager at this store has a horrible attitude . Customer retention is clearly of no importance to this management staff. It's sad that we can't shop in our own communities with people who want to be of service to US. I don't live on this side of town, but was having my car serviced in the area. I will not spend my hard earn money with people who don't value their customer. Choose wisely how you treat people, you are not the only ones selling auto parts .

I have been coming to this location for years since Mario was there. He’s no longer at this location but i continue to shop here. This morning I came in to get an item for my tire for my moms car. She sent me in to purchase and the guys working were very rude to us as it went on. Because I didn’t know the exact name of what I needed & they were being smart Alecs about said item.They asked for info on my car and I told them. Yet still they acted like we were giving them a hard time. Telling my mother if she don’t want to shop don’t shop go somewhere else. Just help us figure out what we need, like every other employee has since we have been patronizing the location. I will never return.

I must say that I really received excellent customer service trying to get the correct parts for my wife's car. Although I did have to get some parts from the dealer, the staff at this store made every effort to get what I needed to get the job done!!! Great job Allen, and the rest of the staff.
