I was nervous about buying my first motorcycle (I had purchased a scooter, thinking it would be a good starter. It was not) I went into the main building while my scooter was getting an oil change (excellent customer service over there as well) and Micah showed me the Honda Rebel 500. I fell in love! The buying process was easy and painless. Everyone was so supportive and helpful They really took their time with me and answered all of my questions. I am officially OBSESSED! I love my bike so much! Thank you all so very much!!

Super easy to deal with. Submitted a form online and had a sales man contact me the next day. Sales man was very personable and great to work with. Staff was on the floor asking if I needed help as soon as I showed up to view the product
Service department needs serious improvement. It wasn’t too bad when it was located in the main building, but now it’s a mess. They’ve got one poor kid trying to run the register, go outside, and retrieve customers’ vehicles — all while the manager sits in his office five feet away. I came in just to have a tire mounted on a rim. The first time, they accidentally mounted it backward (honest mistake and no damage done). When I pointed it out, the tech rushed to flip the tire — and ended up chipping my brand-new rim. I understand scratches can happen, but these were actual chips, and even the manager looked at it and said, "Yeah, he did do those." When I spoke to the service manager, he said, "I can probably help you out with that." But you’re not replacing the rim, so how exactly are you helping? Offering a discount on the install isn’t really making it right.
Bought a WaveRunner with these guys in July of last year. Had problems immediately with the fuel gauge. It gets stuck/does not work and leads to the PWC beeping all the time. They were an hour from me and although they’d delivered the watercraft to me (at a charge) they weren’t able/willing to pick it up and told me to take it to someone local. The local folks were unable to fix the issue after repeated attempts. I reached back out to Powersports of Montgomery and after much discussion, they agreed to come pick it up. I set the date for it 6 weeks in advance. They failed to show up on that day and then claimed not to have understood. They said they’d check with Sales Manager and get back to me. I had to follow up after they had not responded another week later. They refused to come and get it and said I’d need to get it to and from them and blamed me for not buying a trailer. I advised that even if I had a trailer, it would take 7 hours of my life round trip to get the thing to them and another 7 to get it back and that that is not acceptable when they sold me a defective watercraft. The response was "I’m just telling you what you can do. Maybe you should take it to someone else." I get that they didn’t make the defective PWC, but they sold it to me and are refusing to make it right.
Paid almost $600 for a service for sxs last summer...decided to to do my own service this year, 3 of my air box screws were stripped out which i know they did because I was called and told I needed a filter and it would cost extra. Several of my push pin clips were broken and some missing. Also the air box did not have either of the two gasket seals in it. Needless to say I wont be going back and definitely will not be recommending them.
Dilon is the man. This guy stayed in touch with bikes coming and going. Literally got a call from him at 9:30am to come look at a CBR 600rr and by 11am I left a proud owner of a CBR600rr. Plus a 3 year warranty. You just earned your dealer a lifetime customer.
