September 06, 2025 Update: Number 1. This company has staff on-site who answer the phone. Number 2. Exceptional Customer Service. Number 3. Best prices in town. Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 9am-6pm Saturday 9am to 6p. ***Closed on Sundays, but tenants have access until 10pm daily! Can we say CONVENIENT and top-notch security system at its best. I highly recommend Ann Street Storage World in Montgomery for anyone looking for a safe, clean, and reliable storage facility. From my initial call (last year) to my phone call today and the moment I walked in, I was yet impressed with the staff professionalism, his knowledge; how well-kept the property is organized, secure, and very accessible. What really makes this location stand out is the exceptional service provided by Mr. Lawrence Smiley, the On-Site Manager. He goes above and beyond to ensure customers are taken care of. He is professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions or assist with any needs. His friendly attitude and attention to detail create a welcoming experience that makes renting here stress-free. He took his time reviewing the contract and expounded on any and every concern. In this day and time, It’s rare to find both great services/facilities and outstanding customer service in one place, but this location truly delivers. If you are in need of a storage unit in Montgomery, I definitely recommend checking out Ann Street Storage World and asking for Mr. Lawrence. Be sure and let him know, who sent you!!

Great customer service. I forget the name of the man that I was talking with and helped me get a storage unit but he was very informative, had great personality, answered any questions I had, and was overall a great employee. I’d say his services deserve a raise. Great guy.

I just rented a unit here. I did the rental agreement and payment online and it was simple and straightforward. I went to the office to show further identification and view the unit. Everything is kept very clean and the office personnel are kind and helpful. If you’re looking a for storage that has extra space and is climate controlled for a great price- this is your best option!

I have been with storage world for about 2 years now and they’re a great company. If you need a storage unit check them out and ask for and ask for Mr. Smiley he’ll get you right

I had an amazing experience purchasing a storage unit for my Mom. The staff are very attentive, kind and professional. The building is very clean and organized, and they had everything that I needed for a smooth transition. Definitely suggest using this place if you need storage unit!

This is my favorite and only location that I use to store my items. I always have an excellent experience. This particular time Rachel made everything extremely convenient. Not to mention she has a lovely smile. The whole experience was very pleasant.

Searched online, was given an discount immediately, walked in the place was Greeted by a very nice well spoken guy, and it took no time for him to find me in the system go over things and walked to see the unit...I would recommend going to Storage World and hopefully you get Lawrence he's very friendly and pleasant to talk to, btw this Victoria Johnson and I did want to give a good review on him and the great customer service that was provided.
