제가 원하는 제품이 있어서 다행이었습니다. 직원들에게 제가 찾는 제품의 위치를 물어보니 아주 친절하게 안내를 해주어서 너무나도 고마웠습니다. 자주 방문해서 이것저것 알아보고 집을 개선할 수 있어 다행입니다.

They had everything I needed. Even matched an exterior paint. I also bought 4 x red roof brackets.... Less than $13 each .

My husband and I just left the floor/blinds dept. Brittany and Quinta were AMAZING! Very helpful, patient and informative. Bless their hearts, half of their computer items, like card machine, printer etc doesn't work, but that didn’t stop them or slow them down. We highly recommend going to Chantilly for any of your floor or blinds needs!

I appreciate the help I got today, Diana was just wonderful. I was looking for a tiny tube of graphite and she found it for me. Diana was gracious and friendly. What a good store this Home Depo is!!!

Each time I've visited and needed items, the workers have been tremendously helpful and have sometimes actually walked me to the items I've needed. Thank you to ALL of you!! Keep up the great work ✨️

I placed an online order for curbside pickup. I have a disability & could not walk into the store. I followed instructions. Told them I was on the way. Then checked in as soon as I got to the 1st available curbside park. It space 4. I waited for 30 minutes in curbside parking. I called and the phone rang for a solid 10 mins before I got disconnected. I called back and finally a woman picked up after it rang for 5 mins. I told her I was waiting for a curbside pickup order for 30 mins. By this time, my daughter whom I had been texting pulled up from different store and walked in to get my items. I'm still on the phone. Both my daughter and her hear b the customer service representative say "she claim she been waiting for 30 mins." My daughter said "She has been waiting for 30 minutes." She gets my package. The lady picks up the phone and say "she got it, ma'am." No apology. No explanation. No nothing. If my daughter had not been close by, I'd still be waiting in park 4 as we speak. I never leave bad reviews because I know how they can effect companies. However, this particular Home Depot also gave me the wrong paint color a few months back. I asked for Silver Leaf and they gave me Silver Leather. They didn't swatch it on the 5 gal bucket. I took the loss on that because I should've asked to see the paint. I didn't complain. I didn't leave a review. But today, just showed me they don't care. So why should I care. Don't go to this particular Home Depot unless you want your time and money wasted.

Best HD store in the river region. Well-stocked, clean, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great place to buy a Christmas Tree too. I have rarely gone in this store and not been able to find what I was looking for. The one exception was an M10 metric eye bolt. I don’t think there are any of those at any retail store in South Alabama :).
