Customer Reviews
Walmart Supercenter has a rating of 3.8 out of 5 based on over 4211 reviews on Google
I didn't like that the door guy asked for my receipt as I had 3 items in a bag. I asked him "since when did Walmart start checking bagged items?" He said "oh we check everything & everybody". I told him that I get all my receipts sent to my phone & I don't need my bag checked since it's bagged and I can refuse. He was a little aggressive and I didn't care for it. I showed him my receipt on my phone but I let him know that Walmart only asks to see our receipts and if we say no that is our right. He just fanned his hand at me as if to say "whatever". Lol
Walmart needs to make up their minds if they want to deal strictly with those who choose to shop online or if they also want to retain their "walk-in" customer base by doing all they can to improve the experience of actually shopping at Walmart. Upgrade your registers, keep them in operating order. Trash the Loss Prevention vests that are all around making customers feel as if they are believed to be ripping Walmart off. I have never stolen anything from Walmart (or any other store) and am insulted to be treated like I would if given the opportunity. Instead of hiring folks to clog the aisles with enormous carts they rarely if ever move so actual customers can get to what they are wanting to buy hire more employees, dressed in Walmart vests, scattered throughout the store watching and actually offering customer assistance - like being ready to open locked glass doors so one can buy a can of shaving cream. It is totally un-necessary for that employee to accompany the customer to the checkout - something that has actually happened to me that has impressed upon me that Walmart doesn't trust or value its walk-in customers. If self checkout has proven a bad idea try converting the checkout stations back don't just see how few you can get by having open. I like Walmart. I like to do my own shopping. I like being treated as if I am a valued customer. I am old enough to remember stores that used to be and lost their focus and are no more. The one bright spot in the Walmart shopping experience for me at least are the Walmart employees that check and mark one's receipt on leaving the store. They are pleasant and courteous unlike their counterparts at the checkout stations and other Walmart employees one encounters blocking the aisles with their enormous shopping carts and rarely if ever yielding to customers. I only wish Walmart would provide their employees with new vests and encourage all of them to smile and be polite to customers!
Got there 1:pm before my appointment left 3pm unloading is fast on weekends
This was hands down the worst pickup experience I’ve ever had. I waited in my car for nearly 40 minutes—no updates, no communication—before I finally got out and walked up to the door myself. That’s when I was told they’re short-staffed and only have one person working. Meanwhile, every single pickup parking spot was full. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you don’t have the staff to support the service, don’t offer it. I wasted my time and left frustrated. I will never use Walmart Pickup again.
I know people talk bad about this store but there are some great people that work there and I always receive great service
I purchased a full set of tires from Walmart, including road hazard. When I return today with a slow leak in my passenger front tire, I was dissatisfied with staffs' laxadaisical response. Two oil change clients were processed in before me, even though they arrived after me. JAYDA made her best efforts to find a tech to work on my tire, which eventually needed replacing. She was informative after the assessment and followed through to monitor the tech's replacing it. I was very pleased with JAYDA, but the the rest of the staff was very unprofessional, and did not work with any sense of urgency. I could tell she was having great difficulty motivating them to be professional and get the jobs done.
Horrible customer service and many staff don't know anything about items. Have limited selection on many items. Low quality clothing. Men's dress shirts are almost non-existent. Clothing sizes all seem too long or too big. Think everyone is 6'6" tall and weighs 300 lbs. Suggestion-pay more, get quality and go to JC Penny.
