The location here in Moreno Valley is pretty large…I fact one of the largest I’ve been in here in CA so far. Lots of options at fair pricing to meet everyone’s budget. Staff friendly but do watch out for overselling…like buying flooring with padding yet they want to sell you more of the underlining padding 🙂 sales will be sales so don’t fall for it

We were looking for a vendor to purchase materials for our interior remodel. Needless to say, we found the right business! All of the associates were top notch in providing great customer service, answering ALL of our questions on production selections. We very much appreciated the great service Holly provided with our purchases, as well as Emeralda in answerimg our plumbing fixture questions.There was also another associate, Jailissa (sic) in giving us recommendation on vynil flooring. Again, top rated service!! Overall, our ecxperience has been fun working with Flor and Decor Team, especially that remodels can be stressful at times! Great work Team!!!

All I got to say is by far best ran floor and decor. Ive been service by Rancho and Covina and operation is a mess. Process at Moreno Valley is seem less from operations to pick up at delivery docks, with Geroge! Definitely shows in management from top down… thank you store manager Eddie amazing

This store in particular when it come to flooring knowledge, this store has one of the best and most competent associates amongst others stores. Specially at the pro-desk LIV is the pro assistant to go for advice and attention for your project. She's always attentive and professional. For her, no order is to small or too big, she take the time to make sure everything goes smooth and clear in any of your orders. I have to say that my favorite Floor and Decor store to go is the one in Moreno Valley. Thanks Liv and your team for helping me give my clients a better service with the best materials in the market.

I have been looking for a bathroom vanity for a while not wanting to settle for home depot or lows not that there's anything wrong with them I finally found one I liked when I walked the girl at the counter greeted me and asked what I was looking for and if I have an idea of what I was looking for of course I did so she call for someone to help me Xavier was very helpful he took the time to show me all my options from Faucet fixtures to hardware options and pricing I will definitely be back when I redo my master bathroom
