Previous manager Mike wasn’t by any means good. However his workers were absolute gems. They would take their time and help where needed even if it was above their payroll. Now, there is no life in this store. I’m not sure what happened to the manager from before but these new workers are lifeless. No smiles no nothing. Just forced to be here. Needless to say, I switched over next door to Total Wireless. These new owners are absolutely just here for money grabbing and go. No care for customer service. Would not recommend going to this location if can be avoided.
When I first came here, I had two amazing girls help me Camilla and another one whose name started with J. They actually took their time, explained the differences between the phones, and made me feel like they cared. Now? Nothing. The customer service is the complete opposite unfriendly and not helpful at all. It feels like they don’t care about the customers anymore. If you want good service, go to the location in Sunnymead. This one just isn’t it.
If I can give a 10 star review i will. Thanks to Abdullah he was able to help us out. His customer service was 10/10. He was able to explain to us and my in laws very good. I 100% recommend to go to this location and ask for him. You won't regret it. Thank you so much for all the help.
We got the most amazing service from Camille. Super friendly, so helpful, amazing, super professional. So knowledgeable. Camille thanks for your help setting up my son's phone for us.

Joana and the manager, I believe, the other guy didn't have a name tag, but they were so polite that it helped me out very quickly and effectively. I am very pleased thank you again.
All these stores have the worst customer service. My phone broke after 4 years and they couldn't check in their computer to see what upgrades I am eligible for. I called customer service and they said I was eligible for an upgrade and they still wouldn't help me and wanted to give me full price for an Iphone at the store. Then I ask them if I could just get a phone exchange because of the insurance I'm paying for and they couldn't even help out with that and said I had to go online. I do not recommend wasting your time and energy if you want good service.
