I went in for headlights bulb and Mark was very polite and explained the difference in them. He was very nice and helpful. Great service I will for sure go back to this store again. Thank you very much Mark!

I wish I came to this store first. Manager helped me install a battery I purchased at Autozone which couldn’t help me install. I could have made me go return it and buy one from him. For sure this O’Reilly will be my new auto store.

I don’t write reviews for auto parts stores, but I felt inclined this time. Jeff went out of his way to help me and even let me search their entire stock of hoses until I found the damn unicorn I was seeking. Great experience. Keep it up man!

I placed an order for spark plugs and tail light assembly on 3/23.. the light assembly was "not able to process". I then proceeded to order again to ship to my house. The spark plugs were ready for pick up. I received a call THAT I ANSWERED on 3/25 to let me know they were ready for pick up to which i said i would be picking up. On 3/26 i received an email stating my order was canceled. Mind you, per policy they do not cancel online orders till 7 days. IT WAS 3 DAYS! I called and he stated i never picked up the call, to which i did as shown in the picture it was a 38 sec conversation.. I had no missed calls what so ever. So he said i can re order because i never responded, even then why not follow policy for pick up cancelations? My husband then tried speaking to them and wanted to know why it was canceled. To which he stated " I called around 5 which is "closing time" and he returned my call the next day and i never answered. I NEVER CALLED THE STORE, I did say i would go today at 5 to possibly re order, but due to lack of customer service and canceling my order for no reason, i will not be reordering. I picked up the phone and i confirmed i would be picking up. Yet proceeded to cancel my order before their 7 day policy. I BELIEVE GUYS NAME WAS ART

Very knowledgeable about auto parts and a good warranty program

Shout out to the manager Jeff and his closer Izzy for displaying the absolute BEST customer service I ever recieved from any auto part store ever!! Jeff and Izzy went above and beyond for me. I was in a situation where some of my parts got stuck in a warranty replacement part that failed and closing time was just a couple mins away and Jeff had every right to say sorry about your luck but instead he did the righteous thing and helped me out in a critical time by putting his own blood and sweat into it when I didn't have the right tools for the job. Thank you again to Jeff and Izzy at the Sunnymead O'Reilly's! Both these dudes deserve a medal of valour. Will definitely be going be back!
