Walmart Auto Care Center

These people have done nothing to fix a situation that they caused....I went on Sunday to get my oil changed so could be ready for upcoming travel...now apon going was told my drip pan bolt was stripped an funny thing is they did last oil change....now they say they do no not want liability to do the job when it was originally done by Walmart to begin with...then say Leo an Victor are managers I need to talk to according to Daniel and Noel...an conveniently after wasting my time waiting at the store Daniel informed the managers are not there...was recommended to follow up next day to be resolved and when calling several times throughout the day no one answers the auto care department phone number. Now 2 days after the manager calls and I was working and unable to answer so I called back as soon as possible and got no answer then going into the following day the manager answers and takes zero accountability for the issue. Also on Sunday when I retrieved my vehicle from their possession I find grease all over interior an exterior of driver door...now call corporate an been getting run around for last 3 days by multiple agents such as Robert from Egypt an Daliah is now on trying again to resolve and also being informed by her that Victor closed the claim without any resolution. If there was an option to give 0 stars for rating I would be glad to do so.

Justin in auto care service center is very helpful and professional, he carefully inspected the car and was able to help us with our battery replacement with ease. Excellent care, thank you so much Justin.

They did an amazing job on my Lincoln MKZ Hybrid, replaced 4 tires and I was surprised when they said they could also replace my tpms sensors that just stopped working so I will be back to replace those! The prices were amazing. I usually shop online, buy and schedule installation Tire pricing is good when they are on special and installation is at a good price, love that they offer road hazard im so glad I came here after Americas tires tried to rip me off when there tire pricing and tpms sensors pricing and rules My #1 thing that surprised me, and I appreciated it, was that they didn't lose my custom valve caps. I really appreciate the care they took for something so small, I appreciate attention to detail I'm glad this walmart still has an auto center, I used to always go to the perris one, but when they made the new one, it was not as nice is this walmart

One liner: great staff and reasonable prices but might require longer wait than other places Atmosphere: typical Walmart, but their waiting area is pretty clean and has a TV compared to other Walmarts. Staff: overall very nice and helpful. In the past they won an award for service compared to other Walmarts. I want to make mention that one of the workers who worked on my car, Cody, was very considerate, detailed, and helpful! He is very knowledgeable and welcoming. He has helped service a few of my family’s cars and his customer service has been consistently as described as above. Price: very reasonable and usually cheaper Wait: longer than other places because a lot of people come here. I would say a star less because of this fact. But good customer service makes up for it.

Super mal servicio .. y profesionalismo despues de 2 horas me avisan que no pudieron cambiar las llantas que porque un perlo de una llanta no pudieron sacar y ellos no fueron ..aun cuando en ese tiempo ya tenian que estar listas .. y si no lo tocaron porque estaba flojo? ...no se hicieron responsables de lo que hicieoron y despues me dicen que si kiero un reclamo que regrese otro dia para que si ya estoy ahi? Aparta Erika de pelo negro.. muy alterada la señora me grito y afuera donde esta el carro camino y me dejo sin querer escuchar ..
