Battery Masters

Chilly Rainy morning when I walked out to my car and my battery was completely dead. Called Battery Masters and they were at my work place within 30 min. Installed a new battery so I didn't have to worry about making it home after my shift!! Best service EVER!! Thank you Battery Masters for the Best customer service! I appreciate it!!!

I absolutely love the customer service at battery masters, they really go above and beyond! I called with my car dead in my parking lot and within 30 minutes they had sent Eli (who’s the best in my very honest opinion) to jump my car and check my alternator to make sure that wasn’t the problem. He then had me back at the shop and ready to go with a brand new battery in no time at all! Everyone is very friendly but I highly recommend you ask for Eli!

I have used Battery Masters several times over the years and bought my last car battery from you as well. I was having a few issues with my car about a week ago and Kavan, Jordan, and Hunter all stepped up to assist me. They checked my car battery, alternator, and put a new battery in my key fob. Battery Masters is the best!!! I have used them several times and always been happy with the quick, knowledgeable service I receive there. They focus on actually helping you, not just selling you something you don’t need. Today, Eli tested my car battery, had me shut off and retest to make sure it held, and said it was good and I wouldn’t need a battery for a long time. No charge!!! Fast service, I didn’t hardly wait. They knew what to do, answered my questions. I will buy batteries and more from them! Highly recommend!!

I visited Battery Master at 8:45 this morning and was warmly greeted by Kavin. After explaining the issue with my vehicle, he promptly asked me to pop the hood. As I stepped outside, Hunter was already there with the diagnostic cart, ready to assist. They quickly connected the testing equipment to my battery, identified the issue right away, and clearly explained what was happening. Fortunately, the battery was still under warranty, and they resolved the problem without any hassle. Kavin demonstrated extensive knowledge of batteries and automotive systems. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the service I received today. The team’s professionalism and excellent customer service truly turned my morning around. The guy who tested my battery and told me my battery was dead . Was very polite and helpful . I recommend them to anyone. The service is also prompt . You will most certainly get you're money's worth with them .

Stopped in Thursday 8/28 around 4pm and the gentleman that helped me was very professional and quick, He had my battery changed and me on my way in under 30 min..I will definitely be back for all my battery needs..
