WOW! Storage space contracts change so often that it’s hard to know what’s truly a good deal! Beyond the advertised web prices, there are so many hidden factors — especially those unexpected rent increases that seem to happen every few months. I’m pleased to share that Tracy Luff at Extra Space Storage (Naples, Goodlette-Frank location) was exceptionally helpful and transparent throughout the process. Outstanding service like Tracy’s makes all the difference! We’ll continue to rent here as long as we keep receiving this level of care and professionalism.

Tracy Luff, the Store Manager, has been an absolute delight to work with for many years!! She is ALWAYS very kind, understanding and extremely helpful. Her amazing disposition makes "the dreaded" storage process, so much more pleasant. Myself and my family have moved over 30 times and using this particular Storage facility has been the best by far. This has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a storage facility. The people that work in the office here are among the nicest and most professional people I have ever dealt with at a place like this. Unfortunately due to distance I am having to move to another place and I just hope that the security and care is somewhere near the level I had here. This facility has about 7 buildings on the property and the staff is so helpful with anything you ever need or want. I definitely recommend and endorse bringing your business to them. You can assure maximum security and safety. Like I said if ever im doubt stop in to the front office and rest assured they will take the time to thoroughly resolve your problem. A++++++ all the way!!!

I've been using Extra Space Storage for more than 8 months, and they continue to exceed expectations in every way. The facility is meticulously maintained, secure, and climate-controlled—ideal for items that demand a little extra care (such as wine in my case). What truly sets them apart, though, is the staff at the Goodlette-Frank Road facility, i.e, Tracy and her team. Every interaction I've had has been with someone who’s not only professional, but genuinely friendly and eager to help. It’s rare to find a team so consistently exemplary across the board. Whether it's a quick question, help with a wine delivery, or simply checking in, they always deliver with warmth and efficiency. Highly recommend to anyone looking for premium storage backed by exceptional service.

My unit is in Bonita/Naples area. Staff is very friendly and the manager Taylor is a delight. Super helpful and very knowledgeable. I was happy to hear the safety measures in place for my peace of mind that my belongings are not only protected but are safe. Space is exactly what I needed at the right price! Thanks so much!!
