I parked in this parking lot and apparently the manager at this location had my car towed. Even though I was told by an employee from the towing company that I could park where I parked. If you’re going to run a business in Nashville, it would be great if you didn’t mess with people’s literal livelihood (I am an uber driver and I am very very poor. I cannot afford this, and I need my car to pay my bills). Be a good neighbor. I will never in my life go to any cvs anywhere again after this experience.
Absolutely horrendous customer service. Came to pick up my prescription at 6:30pm and there were 10 people waiting in line. After waiting for 30 mins, they told us they cant dispense prescriptions as its 7pm. Firstly no one should have to wait 30 mins, add another register maybe? And if you wont entertain customers who have been waiting in line, let everyone know in advance so people dont waste time waiting in line. Stay away from this place.
This CVS incorrectly filled a prescription for my 4 month old. When I went in to request they fix it, I didn't get a single apology. When I asked how this mix up happened, all I got was a shoulder shrug and she said "new hire" - I get people make mistakes, but this seemed like a huge mistake to me. What if I had never given this medicine to my 4 month old and didn't know it was wrong? I expected them to take me very seriously when I went back in to get it fixed, but I was shrugged off. Absolutely unacceptable, and I will never set foot in the pharmacy or a CVS again.
I received amazing service from 3 different employees today. 1 in the pharmacy, 1 in self check out & 1 at the front check out. Sadly i didnt get any of these gentlemans names. They all assisted me with a frustrating matter involving a bath chair & my otc medicare benefits. Even remaining professional dealing with a rude customer. I appreciated the level of kindness i received!
I have decided to move all my prescriptions form CVS to Walgreens because of the CVS Pharmacy on 21st Ave. Terrible pharmacy staff and never listened to or cared about the patients/customers they are there to help. My insurance was not charged properly, my personal private health information was divulged to other customers, there were irregularities with my refill amounts, and the pharmacy delayed my healthcare because of these issues. I contacted Customer Relations and never heard back regarding any issues I reported.
My prescription was supposed to be ready yesterday, I got here and it wasn’t filled. Frustrating, but whatever. They say it’ll be done in 15-20 minutes, so I wait. About 45 minutes later, I check again, and they somehow transferred the prescription to one in my hometown, had to fix it, and then finally filled it after about an hour and a half of waiting. Absolutely incompetent, and I don’t say that lightly.
Terrible experience. Came to pick up prescription four times over several weeks and they still don’t have it ready even though when I call and check the prescription status, they tell me it’s ready. Very unprofessional, unkind, and customer service is horrendous. After a year of trying to stick it out, it continuously gets worse. Changing pharmacies immediately! Go anywhere else!!!
