My AC compressor capacitor went out yesterday afternoon. I hopped on the Grainger website, found what I needed that happened to be in stock at this location and ordered it that night. I arrived at the store right at opening at 7:30 and the guy working had me out the door about 2 minutes later. AC is back on before 9:00am! I appreciate the quick help and organization of the store. I'm not used to online orders being ready in that short of a time frame, well done.
Had the parts I needed but not being able to talk to a salesperson in the store made finding it difficult, routed to a service center and then to a service technician, both working from home. Not having a direct crossover from the part number listed on the thermocouple fuse and not listing the dryer I have also added to the difficulty in finding it.
