Guthrie's Ace Hardware- West Nashville

What a store! Friendly staff always ready to help, everything I need for my home, including knife sharpening! Iv'e gone here for a ladders, command strips, shower head, you name it! My rewards account got lost somehow so I had to start a new one :/

I shop Ace Hardware frequently. The staff- always helpful and courteous ! One person in particular, Victor, helped me to create a vision for, navigate the different paints that I could use, and really motivated me to take this project to a level I would not have believed I could. He is friendly and helpful. Knowing that people have this kind of time to stop, really listen, and help someone is rare and Ace a better place because of him.

I prefer this store to the big box stores, the way they greet you as you enter and direct you to the right isles. Always brightens my day! Great selection of products for a local hardware store.

I was in there a few days ago and I had Angel helping me find what I needed. She was so helpful and patient and kind. I would definitely recommend this Ace over any other. Thank you Angel for being such an amazing cashier.

Anything but helpful people here. They are incompetent and liars. I placed an online order at 10:30 in the morning. I received an email confirming that the order was both placed and ready for pick up. Knowing how accidents can happen I called the store to confirmmy order was actually there and ready for pick up. After being put on hold for several minutes, the lady I spoke with confirmed that they did have my order and it was ready for pick up. After driving 20 minutes to get there and waiting 15 minutes for them to finally order they told me they were sorry that they did not have the product, had not had the product all day and could do nothing for me, not even refund the purchase. Don’t waste your time.

Don't come here for any paint. The person working 10/9/25 was super rude and no willing to help. I was looking for 1 gallon only. When she looked and did not have it. I asked if she could see if any other store had it but she only said I have to go to other stores. When I ask if she could help me find other store she said Google it.

Victor and the whole staff was excellent! They were super knowledgeable and helped me with all of my concerns!
