Office Depot

Went in this morning at 9:11 a to get some clear labels printed. Encountered Ashley who identified herself as the manager. I emailed the labels. I reached in my folder to give her the labels and upon noticing they were clear she rudely stated I’m not printing on those! In awe i looked up and responded you’re not going to print them or you can’t (thinking the machine wouldn’t accept the). She rudely with an attitude replies I’m not printing them! I then picked up my folder (left the items I intended to purchase) and walked out of the establishment. Not only should she not be allowed to service customers, she definitely shouldn’t be in management. Needless to say I’ll no longer do business with this establishment. I’m deeply offended by the way I was treated. Nobody deserves to be spoken to in such a manner.

your staff is very kind. visited on 07/07/2025 at 11:30am. the blonde woman at the front / print center went out of her way to help me resize an order without me even having to ask. even offered me a plastic bag because the rain was starting and might get my brown-paper-bag packaged envelopes wet. thank you! ᵕ̈

I came in to print some documents I had emailed to their server for self print. The documents were not printing, and it was giving me blank paper. I went to the print counter where an unenthusiastic young lady that had no name tag (or I would name her), but all the chin hairs, rudely told me she couldn't help me because she was "backed up". Yet she continued to chit chat with an elderly lady doing nothing at her station. She called for someone to meet me over there, and the young gentleman did everything he knew to do. He also had to go ask her in which she blew him off as well. This is definitely unprofessional, at the least. I just left the store to take my business elsewhere. It's amazing this store is still in business.

Ashna spoiled the HECK out of me on my recent trip to office Depot. She went above and beyond what I ever originally intended to experience. I'm forever thankful for her customer service and overall care for what I was creating that fun day!

Around 6 pm I walked in the store with my son looking for printers. The printers were a bit expensive so I didn't buy one. My son had to use the restroom. I am standing outside of the restroom not touching anything. A women in regular clothing that was getting help by an employer asked if I needed help I told her no I was waiting for my son who was in the restroom. Once we got to the front of the store my son wanted fruit snacks so I brought them. The employer looked at me and said "from all the items that we sell you choose to buy this". That comment made me feel uncomfortable and seems like it was implied as if I was stealing. I will never step foot in this store

bad experience. I just come to print one piece of menu for my Business the lady on the printer. She’s so rude. She told me come back tomorrow just one piece of menu!!!!!!!!

I really enjoy their printing service. Travis and his team are the best!
