I bought a refurbished computer online and needed to get my data transferred from my old one. After calling a few places that didn’t impress me, I decided to try the Staples in Bellevue (Nashville). The 2 tech people who did the work, Lawrence and Angel were excellent. They got everything transferred perfectly and took plenty of time to answer all my questions. I’ve also had great experiences with other staff at this store. Super helpful team all around.

I would like to commend Lawrence the Store Manager at this location. He was attentive, informative, asked questions to find my needs and helped me find a desk and chair for my home. It's been a busy transition moving in from out of state and it was just plain helpful for him to take the time to help me make a choice and also helped me enroll with the mobile app. I am a customer forever to staples due to his efforts. Leaders like him make you grow loyalty with a customer base.

Always superb service at this location, from the cashiers to the print shop to the tech section. Replaced my 11 year old computer last week with tremendous guidance and support from Angel and Lawrence. They handled the sale, data transfer from the old machine, walked me through using the new one, and went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended service and sales support!

This is the best Staples. Every staff member I’ve ever encountered at this location is competent and friendly. From the shipping center, to the lady who managed to make me look photogenic in a passport photo, to the nice man who helped me enroll in TSA Pre-check, all have been a delight to work with, but the Print Center deserves a special shout-out. Thank you Lawrence for your incredible kindness. I hope Mx. Staples gives you a raise, or at the very least, company wide recognition of your incredible customer service skills. Also - we found Sammy!

Being from Texas I deliver in this area as a truck driver, this store had the laptop that I was looking for and the staff was friendly and welcoming. They have great deals as well!

The Amazon return process is dreadful when there is a line. One Staples employee helping one person at a time while all the other staples employees stand around and tell jokes.

Staples in Bellevue...I love this store...The service and people are very friendly and very helpful..it's not the closest Staples to where I live..but used to live in Bellevue so I make the drive...it's so worth it to me..I have never had a bad experience with this store.Angel was amazing to work with he helped me with a warranty on replacing my sons gaming chair..I really appreciated his help..
