⭐ Kudos to Arantxa Suarez! We had a great experience with Arantxa while opening a line with T-Mobile. She was amazing to work with. She was very professional, patient, and easy to talk to. She explained everything clearly and respected our preferences throughout the process. We truly felt comfortable and well taken care of. She definitely deserves recognition for her excellent service!

Clean show room. Small but effective and well lit Rep Asher was excellent and very good at explaining what I had poorly described as my issue with my phone. As I'm not tech literate - he was still able to understand and speak to me in lingo I'd understand. Seek him out if you need assistance with kindness

Ive been a TMOBILE customer for 9 YEARS - this company has repeatedly overcharged me, charged me for services/products I never ordered… when you call, TMOBILE does not care about you as a customer. I went into this store to upgrade my phone, after saying no to a protection plan 3 times, I see they’ve been charging me for it for 10 months!!! Tried to call corporate to get my money back - they didn’t care and told me to go to the store. When I called the store they put me on hold for 25 minutes since they were "busy". Decided to not wait on hold and go in - they were completely dead. I explained my story, they say they don’t give refunds and, they’re not going to talk to me. Sufficient to say, I am switching to AT&T and would advise everyone else the same! Don’t let companies like this one take advantage of you.

They’re the worst carrier I’ve ever dealt with — stay far away from this store. They’ll only waste your time. Their service skills are basically zero, and they mess up almost everything from account issues to billing and products. Plus, they act like they’re too cool to help you and just leave you hanging in the store.

I had to trade in my iphone12 cause it was time too , I walked in & immediately was greeted by Keith prophet! He made the time go by fast , we laughed the whole time & I genuinely enjoyed his help . Definitely made me want to come back & tell my friends about him . The store was also very clean , smelled good & was generally welcoming by everybody . Thank you Keith for helping me buy my new iPhone 16 I absolutely love it & loved your service. 10/10 !!

Worker was rude. Older black guy, bald, slick at the mouth. Couldn’t help me with anything. Came in asking to file insurance claim since I lost my phone. He said to me, "what do you want me to do? You can use our phone to call T-Mobile". I’ve never had the worst customer service.

Keith was amazing in an emergent situation, my phone broke on vacation and I had been traveling all day and didn’t have much time as I was in a rush. He was attentive and assisted me through the process of upgrading my phone and made it so smooth and seamless. Keith you’re the man and I can’t thank you enough !!!
