uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

Had an insistent virus on my phone. The technician completely removed it in less than 10 minutes. He was very helpful and answered all my questions with grace and without making me feel stupid. I highly recommend this business.

Place is great, first thing is it is easy to get to and there is plenty of parking, plus a grocery and restaurants if you want to kill an hour while waiting for a repair. Sadly, I've been multiple times to get my screen replaced and they are always friendly and I've never had any issues post repair. If you are going thru Asurion you have to request this place because it is independent instead of part of the franchise. Asurion tries to send me to the gulch when this place is 10 minutes from my house. If I go to the gulch I'd assume I'd spend 10 minutes finding parking.

My ipad wasn't charging, so I brought it in to be check. Mr. Greg very kindly checked and reset it and it was fixed immediately. Great job!!! He is very friendly and know what he is doing!!!

GREG IS THE BEST!!! He is so knowledgeable and friendly. I was visiting Nashville from LA and my camera lens got jammed and he quickly and easily helped me fix the issue!! 100/100 recommend choosing this place for any of your repair needs. Thank you Greg!

Gregory was absolutely fantastic to deal with, as I came in with a broken screen and he quoted me a reasonable time to repair it the same day, and it was ready right on time. He remembered me when I returned and was an absolute joy to work with...He took a stressful situation and make it a very pleasant one. My phone was fixed perfectly, and he suggested a gorilla cover for it to avoid future incidents. I will make sure and send everyone I know to see him at UBrealiFix..the best of the best!
