 Apple Repair New Orleans

Wish we would have read the reviews before trusting them with our office business computer. We dropped off our computer on 10/28/25 and paid the $85 deposit for the 3-5 day diagnosis. Today is 11/11/25 and they still have not given us any information. We have called, text, and showed up and still have not received any information. At this point we just want our computer and money back. Our business is J & T New and Used tires and we would never treat a customer like this, read our reviews. We have lost numerous days of inventory tracking because we trusted them to fix our computer we regret that decision. If we have to take legal matters in order to resolve this we will.

I turned in my laptop 3 months ago in June 2025 for diagnostic service and potential water damage repair. At first I was texting their service for updates (they only allow texting, no phone calls for updates) and throughout the first month I would receive snarky responses about not paying for the upgraded service. My laptop was on the waitlist. Okay, I can wait. At the end of month 2 I texted the service again asking for an update. Someone called me back asking what kind of laptop I had, weird but okay, I gave them my information and they said they would call me back that day with an update. Nothing. It is now well into 3 months. The texting service seems to no longer be working... or my number was blocked. I finally had to call the reservation line yesterday to talk to someone, and was once again asked for all my information and was once again told I would receive an update that day. Nothing. I called again today and it looks like my number has been blocked. What is happening? Where is my hunk of junk laptop? I'm confused with these reviews... Do people actually get service here? Are these paid for? If you're reading this, I guess I should tell you. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.

Wish I’d seen these reviews before taking my iPhone in for a broken screen (which cost $255 btw). These folks are weirdos, very rude, sketchy and one tech came in from a break and pretty sure I smelled weed on him. They replaced my screen twice but now the display blinks and acts glitchy. They lied to me about their hours and when I went to pick up my phone, it was sitting in plain view inside the drop off window on my paperwork which had my password visible and no one there. The place is wallpapered with Apple logos and Steve Jobs face but don’t think they’re affiliated. Finally got my phone back and not going back again despite the glitches. I don’t trust them at all.

Worst customer experience of my life and with something so delicate like a computer that holds so much personal information! They sequestered my computer for 2 months, didn’t pick up the phone or let me in the physical shop to get my computer back. They charge $80 dollars just to revise the computer, they never came up with a diagnostic or repair anything on it. I thought about calling the police a few times, when he picked up after I called like a 1000 times standing outside the store after a month he wouldn’t return my computer until I did a bunch of automated maneuvers after getting another appointment just to see about my computer. He never fixed or diagnosed my computer and yet refused to return the deposited money and threaten to charge me more cause he was talking to me wasting his time. A complete nightmare. I got my computer fixed in 2 days in another store for the same amount of money he charge just to have it sit in his office for 2 months.

Horrible. I brought my iPad in for a simple screen repair and paid the extra amount for them to start work that day (Monday) and an $85 deposit. They knew I was leaving on a trip on Thursday. On Wednesday afternoon I’m told they didn’t have the part and they just ordered it (it wouldn’t arrive before I had to leave Thursday). When I went to pick up my unfixed iPad on Thursday, they refused to refund me the $85 deposit. First they should have ordered the new part on Monday since I paid them to expedite their work. Second, since they couldn’t repair my iPad in a timely manner they should have refunded me the deposit. I recommend you find any other shop to do your work. If they couldn’t do the work, they shouldn’t have taken my money.

Pathetic. Brought in my iPhone with a cracked screen that had been working fine for months. New screen quit working altogether within the hour of getting it back from them. Brought it in immediately and they told me they wouldn’t work on a phone that was locked- insane, considering he had seen me earlier and knew for a fact it was my phone. Creepy energy radiating from the shop in general.

Worst experience!!! Don’t ever go there I wish I read the reviews before taking my MacBook Pro for repair. No communication for over one week. I texted several times and no response. I called and he blocked me saying I’m a spam. This is an horrific experience
