The lady at the customer service desk was extremely rude and did not help me at all. She just told me the aisle to look down, looking for wiper blades and a tail light. I highly recommend don't bother with your time here especially with this older women. She had attitude as soon as I walked up to the desk and I could tell there was going to be a problem. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, she needs to find another job that's not in customer service!!!!

They got one star because they were open,One girl was sitting outside on the phone two guys was so called helping a woman while one guy was working alone in the store then when i started to complain he called one of the guys inside, I couldn’t get a refund for a belt that was supposed to be for my car! All these people who for for auto zone don’t know what they are doing! Just go somewhere else if you don’t have time to give your money away!

I’d like an acknowledge Ms Deborah for her helping me to find some products that were better than the ones I had chosen. A BIG shoutout to her!

I needed a battery for my Nissan, and Adam not only sold one to me but also installed it. Great service! I would recommend this AutoZone for anyone who needs a battery.

I really admired Alexus Victor.. She put my battery in. She was corteous, respectful, and showed great customer service. Because of her, I would highly recommend this location. I will be returning.

Terrible customer service today July 27th at 4pm. Rude is wouldn’t even qualified that person! Not going there ever again
