I love this local bike shop off the Green way in Midcity. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. Chris, Owen and Matt are always quick to help out and fix my bike. The selection of exclusive bike gear is the best in New Orleans. Tons of eccentric bike parts and highend bikes which you rarely get to see at bike shops nowadays. Easy to get to and the rent nice bikes for travelers. Check this New Orleans gem out. You won't be disappointed!

Ever grateful to fantastic Bayou Bicycles for helping me outfit my bed & breakfast, Collina House, with everything a cyclist could need while riding the Natchez Trace. Charlie, Matthew and Chris were all so helpful and knowledgable. I’ve always shopped for and had my bikes repaired here and appreciate all the care and passion the team brings to everything about biking and the cycling world. Their willingness to support me with my "retreat cyclist destination" really shows what a difference a community shop like this is from an anonymous big box store. Personal and professional. And while I was there, a father and his son were there testing bikes. The young boy was pedaling around the gravel in front of the store, while his father and an employee watched to make sure it was a good fit. I’m so heartened placed like Bayou Bikes are thriving and I can’t recommend them enough.

I had no trouble getting them to order the exact bike I wanted in my size—no purchase commitment required upfront. Not a single LBS in Baton Rouge even offered that kind of flexibility. The store is fantastic, and everyone there was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made buying my new Roubaix an absolute breeze! Thanks, Bayou Bicycles!

Bayou Bicycles was highly recommended to me when I decided to buy a new specialized bike in April. Its a bit of a drive for me from where I live - but its been so worth it! The local shops in BR area don't even close to compare. I've had nothing but great experiences any time I've had issues with my bike. The staff have been so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I can't recommend them enough -- especially Josh!!! Anytime I've had questions or issues with my bike he's been an incredible help and really goes above and beyond!!

These guys are great. I've bought multiple bikes from them and they're always super helpful, informative, and kind. They do a great job and they're always extremely accommodating in helping you find exactly the right product for you, even if they have to special order it. I always recommend people go here for any cycling needs, repairs or sales.

My son is the cyclist, not me. But, as a Mom of a long distance cyclist I always appreciate a business going above & beyond! In February my son was riding Houston to Tallahassee & ran into some issues with his bike. He stopped by & although the shop was very busy, they immediately helped him. Fast forward to today, he arrived after going from Milwaukee Wisconsin to NOLA. He didn’t need repairs but did need a couple of items & wanted a shirt. The minute we walked in the staff & owner were over the top so incredibly nice!! The shop was very nice and the selection & prices were great. But, the kindness they showed towards my son is truly appreciated!!

I conducted a gofundme to raise money for a tricycle for a member of our parish community who has some special needs. When I went into make the purchase, the staff was very courteous and helpful. They even delivered the trike I purchased to our parish hall for the lady for whom it was intended. The bike shop is comfortable and the atmosphere very welcoming. I definitely would shop here again for bicycles, tricycles, and accessories.
