Boudreaux's Collision NOLA

My neighbor swiped my car while it was parked outside my home. I called Boudreaux Collision and they said to bring it down for a free quote between 8a and 5p. From the moment I walked in, Casey and Ryan were awesome! They gave me honest opinions on what would need to be done, what they could probably buff out, and what would most likely need to be replaced. The pricing was very fair and lower than I thought it’d be. Two days later I dropped off my car. Less than a week later I got the phone call that my car was done! She looks beautiful: they did an amazing job! I am so happy with the knowledge and care they took to get the bumper and driver front end fixed up. The paint and blending matches perfectly. I highly recommend their team for body work and paint.

Boudreaux's Collision is amazing! I got into a very serious accident in my new car. At the scene, my insurance co wanted to know where they should tow the car for repairs. I've never been in an accident before and had no familiarity with any body shops. I picked the Boudreaux's name only because I had driven by it, so I knew it was near my house. I am now so glad that I did! Everything about them was amazing: the repairs on the car were so good you'd never know there was damage; the customer service was outstanding; and they went above and beyond to help me navigate a very difficult insurance claim. I couldn't be happier and they were wonderful in putting me at ease throughout a process that I was very unfamiliar with. My new car looks brand new again!

Rigo helped me with an airbag issue today. I came in the same day and he immediately gave my car attention and care. He saved me time, money, and worry. I'll be back for any car issues going forward. Everyone here is knowledgable and hospitable. Can't recommend them enough.

Almost a year ago, I had some front end repair done, but after a month of my car in their possession—-upon pickup—I had a flashing dash light saying "Check Headlight System". The lights were not damaged at all in the wreck and I still wonder why they replaced one, and with an old, ugly, yellow cover from a MUCH older model Camry. I had to take it back the next day for them to fix this new issue that they caused. After the fifth attempt, leaving my car there for several days each time, they claimed it wasn’t doing it anymore or there wasn’t a problem. Every single time I picked it up the dash light flashed the problem with headlight system. They simply did not care, were incompetent or lazy, but when I took it to my mechanic, they spotted it immediately, and knew what it was. Unfortunately they didn’t have the equipment to take out the dash and further investigate or recalibrate like the body shop should have. So my mechanic referred me elsewhere, which I appreciated but was so sick and tired of dealing with this collision shop’s refusal to finally fix what they broke that I started ignoring it. Three weeks ago, once again, when I needed my headlights, the message came up one too many times for my temper and I thought I’d write a 2 star review of Boudreaux’s Collision citing this never-ending issue they caused. Ryan Boudreaux, the owner, called me personally to ensure they’d once and for all repair their damage and we’d go our separate ways. I took the car in, they looked at it, sent me away again to get in touch once it was "researched". After two emails went unanswered, I had to call them for an explanation—-It’s been two weeks now, zero response. AGAIN. So if you want the runaround, shoddy work, no follow through, and your car with issues it didn’t have previous to them working on it, by all means, take it there.
