Super great place! My iPhone 12 screen was so busted I thought I needed a new phone. Another place quoted $150, Cell phone masters fixed my phone in 20 mins, were really nice and charged $89.00 + Tax. Super amazing and I am literally txting from my phone now 🙂 Would give them 10 stars if I could 🙂

These people ruined my father’s iPhone. They put in a new screen and it clearly had problems. They took advantage of knowing that he didn’t have time to go back multiple times. The phone is now not bright enough and Face ID goes in and out. At minimum, they should refund him. But will they?

They were able to replace the screen on my pixel 7. However, the fingerprint sensor no longer works.

Very fast and professional. Also had the lowest price on replacing my Note20 Ultra battery. Will definitely be using them again!

Many of the reviews here seem like fake reviews. Please read mine, and I encourage you to check Yelp too (wish I had) as it seems I'm not the only one. They fixed my screen very quickly and I was initially quite happy with the turnaround; the young woman at the counter was kind and polite. I then started to notice the screen had issues, sometimes going black randomly, within days of the repair, and my battery life was significantly shorter. Taking it in to another trusted shop, I discovered that Cellphone Masters had literally stolen my battery during the repair, replacing it with a cheaper aftermarket one with poor life, not to mention the low quality job/parts used to fix my screen. Avoid at all costs Edit: I came to your store for a screen repair. Indeed you did not fix a battery for me-- my battery had no issues, that is until you swapped it for a faulty one during the process of my screen repair. My experience with this location has always been the service I’ve ever received. Today was my most recent visit and let’s just say nothing short of amazing. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and will continue to come back. Ashley is always the best and very informative with everything she does. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!!!
