Beware of shopping here. They charged me a gamestop pro membership and when I asked about it, I got nothing but hey bro we'll watch out for you and this and that. I go back to ask for a refund because after thinking about it I didn't want it, the manager said no refunds. Where's the service and the help I was promised? We even dapped on it...guess it was all a lie to sell me something. Shameless

Please update store hours on google. Just walked 30 minutes to a closed store. Also someone spelled "Opens" wrong :p

Went to trade in games and they charged me a gamestop pro membership without even asking if I wanted it. I noticed on the receipt and wanted to refund but they did not refund. Nothing but scammers in this place.

Gerard has excellent customer service. He was super funny helped us with all of our needs.

Johnny, the store manager, was absolutely fantastic!! I came in clueless, looking for a gift for my 9 year old nephew, and he immediately made me feel welcome. He took the time to ask helpful questions and shared suggestions that really helped me narrow down the perfect game, Lego Horizon Adventures. He was personable and clearly passionate about what he does. I left with the perfect gift and a great experience. Btw he loved the game! Thanks for helping me look like the coolest uncle, Johnny! GameStop is lucky to have someone like you!

Haven't been into gamestop in a while and Johnnie just brought the old-school vibes I had when I was younger going to gamestop. Very knowledgeable and passionate. Made me excited to pre-order again. Also, he gives really good game recommendations.

My bro Johnnie at GameStop always already knows what the customer needs before we walk in the store... Johnnie is a excellent GameStop worker I recommend more to be like Him Great Guy and brother I love GameStop forever ✊ ❤️‍ ✊
