Five. Stars go to Phillips over here. I went to AutoZone to live for some headlights and they just told me what to go on my first time fixing on the Nissan. So I need to help and I didn’t get no proper assistance. I’ll come over here to O’Reilly now only did Phillips have a smile on his face, but he brought me to the Allen and make sure I had the right light. When you go there ask for Phillips here and make sure that you’re taken care.

Helpful and knowledgeable until they need to follow up on a phone call, that's where the help fell short.

The general manager here is extremely rude and unprofessional. She acts as if she doesn’t want to be at work or help customers. Her attitude is completely unnecessary and makes the entire experience unpleasant. I truly don’t believe she enjoys her job, and it definitely shows in how she treats people. This location needs better leadership and customer service.

Amazing, Im a retired and disabled US Navy veteran, and I was riding from New Orleans to Gulfport and lost the nut on my down shift on the motorcycle, so I was unable to shift into any gear.. The staff there are the best and truly amazing. They helped me find and then install the nut on my motorcycle. Thank you to everyone at that store!!!!

I called the store to get a quote and a male quoted me $49 for a motor mount so i drive to the store to get the part and i walked in it was a male and 2 females having personal conversation i was never greeted so as i sat there for approximately 2 minutes the male worker pulls out his phone showing the 2 females his phone so i left and went down the street to auto zone where i was quickly helped and was quoted $99 for the part i needed so i told the autozone worker oreilly had it for $49 he called to verify and the oreilly employee quoted me on a strut mount so with auto zone showing professionalism i purchased the right part at auto zone it’s truly sad how oreilly just let $100+ dollars just walk out the store by ignoring customers i won’t recommend my family or friends to do business at this company service is horrible and here’s my proof with the receipt from auto zone that they got the sale by just being more professional than their competitor

I would give LESS than a one but that score is not available. 3 men working in the store. No one bothered to assist me. I stood there over 5 minutes then I walked OUT. It is VERY DISGUSTING.. They never bothered to even ask what I came in for.
