The facility is spotless—so clean and well-maintained. There are plenty of storage lockers available at great prices. Tips: • Ask for Terrii—she’ll take great care of you. • Reserve your unit online for the best rates. • They sell locks on-site if you need one! Terrii is amazing!!!!! I went to two other facilities on the same street and she is by far the reason that I am using the Storage Center! I am posting this 3 weeks after renting my unit and in the time I have been there my experience with Terrii’s customer service has been the same welcoming, upbeat encounters that I initially experienced. And btw the place is clean, exceptionally clean even though there are no garbage cans to use anywhere. This must be because before closing time when I go to the unit the same quality customer service that I received from Terrii in the office, she shows in the way she is making her rounds before closing with her cleaning cart!!!!
Ive had a unit with my partner here for years. Ever since they took over from Life Storage they have been raising rates due to "demand" despite the place being half empty. Just got an email saying my rate will increase by $20 a month! About 2 years ago my rate was about $100, it’ll now be closer to $150. No wonder every time I go there are more and more empty units. Needless to say I’ll be looking elsewhere, there is no shortage of storage units in the area.
