Verizon

After purchasing a new phone I was not provided with a printed copy of the new plan/contract. I only realized this was an issue when I returned to the store with a problem and was asked for this paperwork. Thankfully on that second trip I was working with Zoey D. She was great and informative while solving the problem and walking through the new plan charges line by line. I had to return one last time and timed it while she was working.

Zowie was great. She helped me fix my new phone that I had spent 4 hours on the phone with Verizon the previous day trying to resolve. Lifesaver since I was a sponsor on a youth trip with no working phone.

DO NOT GO unless you absolutely have to. Just about everything can be done online. Instore i was told that I didn't qualify for any deals. Glad they were out of stock of the phone I wanted and was told I could order it online. While doing so i found that I actually did qualify for a deal, $650 trade in.

Ms. Niccole was so helpful in every way. I don't think I've written a review for any place or anyone ever before, but I just had to shout her out. So grateful.

Was in a bind. Phone broke and couldn't get it working at all. Props to Adrian, she was on her way out the door and still came and asked if I was OK and if I had been seen.

It was a busy day in the store but Garrett and Adrian were very helpful in getting me setup with my upgrade. I appreciated their time and patience.

I have been a Verizon customer for a few years now. And I have been pleased with their service & customer service. But the last two times I visited the Verizon on N Carrolton Ave I have been rudely treated & greeted by Kay on N Carrolton Ave. I would never give her my business.
