Walgreens

This is the worst customer service at a pharmacy I have ever seen. Ladies at the pharmacy are consistently rude. A couple refills ago, the lady taking care of me actually tossed my prescription on the counter with an attitude. And I hadn’t actually said a single word but to tell her my birthday for the prescription. No prior communication. Taking my business elsewhere. I’m sure it won’t hurt their business which is why they can consistently treat people like crap. Gave a star cause the people at the actual front counter are nice . Pharmacy is dog water.

I typically never have issues with Walgreens stores so this was super disappointing. I watched a man named Ronnie speak horribly to his coworkers and to a customer. He spoke with such attitude and treated them like they were stupid. It made me so uncomfortable that I got out of line and decided not to shop here. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what but I feel terrible for his coworkers having to deal with being treated like that.

The chubby lady that is always at the register and never doing anything else, has a horrible attitude and is really nasty and rude to paying customers. I am not sure if the GM of this location is aware of this but they need to be made aware. I use my number to get digital receipts at every Walgreens and the one by my house system was down so I stopped at this one on the way to do my errands and she asked ,’am I Lynette?’ I would not have made a big deal about it but this is the only location that thix has ever happened but not the first time she has given be bad customer service. She needs to be taken of the register if she is going to treat the paying customers like crap. Imagine how much business you all lose because of her nasty attitude. Please have a conference with her about respecting all customers no matter their race or gender. I have had multiple bad experiences with her checking me out at the Canal st. Location. Thank you.

I picked up a prescription at 9 AM on Friday morning. The lady at the pharmacy was very nice and helpful. My experience went very well.

This is my preferred local Walgreens store to shop at. It’s not the closest one to me but it’s clean, well stocked, and all the employees are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I rarely stand in a long line there. The pharmacy is even rarely super busy; it’s been "standing room only" on one occasion and so I chose to come back and pick up my prescription a bit later. They have a great selection of products and the points system to receive a little extra off future purchases is a nice added bonus. Five stars and two thumbs way up!!

Exceptional, quick service for passport photo service. Associate was knowledgeable and super friendly.

Typical Walgreens, but not quite as well stocked, nor as clean. Shelves didn't have some routine items that we've consistently found in Walgreens around the country.
