Bounce Luggage Storage - 35 St - Penn Station

Straight forward and cost effective. I was VERY skeptical, given the ease and price, but it was such a great idea. We were up early so wanted to check out and explore the city more - best $20 spent so we didn’t have to lug our stuff around or take time going back to the hotel storage

Came here to leave a good review but I’m having trouble getting in contact with Adam after our experience. When we picked our stuff up and got to the hotel, my luggage was slightly unzipped and a pair of my jeans were missing. I’ve contacted our hotel twice to see if I had left them there right before and they have no reports of it, my husband didn’t have it in his bag either so that was the last place our luggage was at. Adam can you please contact me and talk? I would love to give you five stars.

Professional building, elevator ride up, and locked door to suite all made it feel very secure. Close to Penn station. Fast and friendly host. Excellent experience.

This location felt much more secure than other Bounce sites I’ve used in the past. You have to take the elevator to the 14th floor and there are cameras around too. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would absolutely choose them again.

Even though it was in a guarded building, the location was super easy to get to. Also, the Kaede employee/manager we met was super welcoming and nice! I really appreciated his help and patience with us.

Great experience, easy to find ( especially after reading reviews with details) pleasant service all round. Made mistake on date and was marked No Show and had to rebook, not the locations fault and he did try to explain to Bounce the situation. Will see if they refund. Add on. Zero stars for bounce customer service and support. Can’t message or contact them with concerns, response unavailable and unable to leave email address. Nice. Wouldn’t use again just because of this. Too bad, location was awesome.

Super platt um sein Gepäck aufzubewahren! Fairer Preis und sehr netter Kontakt vor Ort. Sehr zu empfehlen! Da es regnete als wir das Gepäck abholten wurde uns geholfen indem wir eine große Mülltüte zum Schutz für den Koffer bekamen, das war sehr nett
