Bounce Luggage Storage - Grand Central Terminal

First time using this and wont be the last! Transformational for an afternoon in the city unencumbered by heavy bags! Great location for mid-town

Easy drop-off and pick-up. Flexible owner (the Bounce app was down at the time of our pick-up preventing us to access our pin code, the owner was patient and allowed us to provide him with the pin at the pick-up, which allowed us to enjoy our day. I highly recommend this place

Overall, a good experience, but your site doesn’t show your bag has been received at the location where you dropped it off. Having never done it before I was a little concerned leaving my bag at a random souvenir store. I would’ve been more comfortable if I received a confirming email or text message.

Great location near Grand Central. Clean, well-organized, safe. Enter , show QR code from the Bounce app, luggage is tagged, and off you go. Reverse process on pickup.

Internet connection almost non existent while in the store so it’s hard to have access to emails of confirmation or QR codes to show to the owners. Otherwise the staff was nice and welcoming. Prices are a bit high (was charging extra $6 per medium size bag and $9 + for medium luggage).

Everything went fine. I downloaded the app and made the reservation. The address was easy to find. When I arrived at the store, everything went smoothly, same with the pickup.

Very practical and safe. Easy location 7 min walk from grand central. The employee was on the phone and alone in the shop, so we had to wait 10 min until he took our luggage’s upon our arrival. Except for that, all was great and smooth. I would recommend!
