CubeSmart Self Storage of Manhattan

Moving to another area, but I stored with CubeSmart on 145th for the past five years. I stored anything that was wasn’t in season (Christmas tree, kids’ bikes etc) and anything in between. Lovely customer service from the guys out front and always has the answer to any questions my family had. If I ever find myself back in Harlem, I’ll definitely be back!

10/26/25- i came in stressed out my mind due to my situation and Ronald walked me through the whole move in and was very communicative about everything and made sure i understood everything with the paperwork, payment, app access, hours and with the unit as well. I would recommend this storage space to anyone due to the staff that works here because they know their customers by face, storage unit numbers and they seem like they dont play about they job which is good because they wanna make sure their clients feel comfortable leaving they stuff here and i cant speak for anyone else but i know i do. 10/30/25- Was my actual physical move in date, Francis was very welcoming and assured that i was good and if my move in went well and it did. I Love his energy. Amazing customer service at this location between Francis and Ronald

First time renting a storage. Ronald made the process super smooth and easy. He was very helpful and answered every question/doubts that we had. He was welcoming, friendly and professional. We can say we made the right choice, the storage itself is clean and secure.

We just rented a storage unit and Diondre to was so helpful. He have us a tour, helped us access our unit and walked us through all the info we needed to access our unit moving forward. The facility is clean and well maintained.

Very helpful. I was unsure of what to buy but the gentleman who was in charge at the time was very friendly knowledgeable ans helpful and showed me the best options of what I wanted to go route wise. I will be getting hoepfully everything on my part goes well but definitely will be getting my storage unit ASAP. Definitely want to take advantage of the promotion he mentioned as well.

I used this Cubesmart for a few years and had a great stay. Good service and I always felt very safe leaving my things here. I'm only leaving cause I need to downsize and just have too much stuff I don't use. Woukd definitely come back if needed in the future.

OFFICE HOURS STATE THEY WILL BE OPEN AT 9 WAITED UNTIL 9:40PM and NO ARRIVAL! THESE PEOPLE HAD ME WAITING OUTSIDE WITH A RENTAL TRUCK AND NO ARRIVAL! I CALLED CORPORATE AND THEY OFFERED 0 HELP! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RENTING HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LEFT STEANDED WAITING WITH A TRUCK OUTSIDE! VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
