If you wanna use Polonez Parcel here, DON’T. Terrible experience at this location. Got charged $73 extra "fee" per package with no clear explanation. The staff kept calling me "friend" while being super unprofessional and unhelpful. Next time I’ll go to Greenpoint—it’ll still be cheaper even with the uber fare. Not worth it.

Simply amazing. Mr.Peeke truly made my day!! He was extremely attentive, super resourceful and he knew just about everything there is when it comes to shipping. I didn't realize that I can send DHL, FedEx, UPS and the USPS so you don't need to go anywhere else. I feel like I found one of the NYC secret spot...you would never know this from just walking by. You can also make prints here. The location is super convenient and everyone is so friendly. Totally recommend, this is A++++++ in my book. Just really impressed and happy with the service.

They are legit very good at what they do. Very quick hes fast and very kind. He will look out for u and send the best path available.

If you need to drop off packages (already labeled and paid for) past USPS working hours. Their open hours listed here are accurate. I sell stuff online and for a seller delaying shipment has major negative consequences, so 2 extra hours, make a huge difference for me. Guys are very friendly.

Had to ship a box DHL to Japan. Never did DHL before and they made it super easy. They made sure I double checked all addresses and info with them on the computer which i appreciated. Friendly and efficient service. I would definitely come back and ship with them again. Important note: if youre trying to find this place, google maps has the location incorrect. Its actually across the street from the google map marker. Attached i put photos of where it is in reality on the map and an updated picture of the store front (7/2021) so you dont get lost like I did. Another thing, the phone number doesnt work so to the shop owner i recommend updating it because you guys are great! Thanks!
