Service provided exactly as described. Movers loaded a wide variety of items from several glass cabinets to a car engine with all the cabinets ariving in pristine condition. The crew were friendly, followed my instructions and placed the items in the new home where I requested. I am thankful I used Liberty for my move.

I was referred to Liberty Moving by Rob at Higher Elevation home inspection service. I had a complex, two pronged move from Long Island to Connecticut and Pittsburgh to Connecticut which made for a logistic and expense nightmare—however after working with Matt at Liberty; my concerns were alleviated as Liberty continued to collaborate with me to find an economical and practical solution to both moves. The process began with a site visit to assess volume so as to provide an accurate quote. I was given a flat rate which beat out local competition with the added security of working with a reputable, well-insured company. I had engaged no less than 7 other moving companies and Liberty provided the best value proposition. Matt and I continued dialogue throughout the process and was always available and responsive to me; even off hours; which was much appreciated. My local moving crew led by Nestor was professional and friendly and could not have been more accommodating. Loading day was efficient as was unloading; Liberty was also able to accommodate a last minute request to change delivery date at the most busy time of year due to a delay in renovation—another example of Matt making ends meet to accommodate client needs. The final act of the move was delivery from Pittsburgh which also had an amazing and punctual crew which managed to deliver same day even with a journey across Pennsylvania hitting 95 at peak time. The crew was conscientious and fast as lightning! I could not thank the team at Liberty more for making our move possible and without issue. If considering a move within the Tri-state and beyond; save yourself time, dollars and headache and call Matt right away; you and your new home will be well-rewarded.

Packers arrived late, movers arrived late, delivery arrived 6 hours late. Since unpacking, up to 12 claims due to poor packing and protection of furniture during transit. Lost items off furniture including bolts to baby grand piano leg and casters on wood, in-laid liquor cabinet. Damaged Craftsman rolling tool cabinet. No support after the move. Only from Mayflower, you get one claim in 9 months. How do you live with damaged furniture until all claims are discovered. There is so much damage.

Edwin and Eli were great packing up the NY house. They were both friendly, professional, and truly worked as a team getting the job done in a timely fashion. In my opinion, they went beyond my expectations. Edwin and Hector made the move to Maryland a little bit easier for me. They arrive At the post time, Worked diligently to get the boxes and furniture moved into the house in a timely fashion. They were very accommodating when I asked them to move things to a certain room. Very friendly, very professional.

On May 21, 2025 the movers from Liberty were outstanding, careful, conscientious, impeccably clean and most of all respectful of our possessions. Giovanni, Norberto, Leo, Yocarlis and Jose assembled our furniture with great care. There is no way we could have had a better experience than by the hands of these men. If I ever have to move again, i would only want this crew.

Can’t rave enough about this company. Moved cross country and from the initial estimate to delivery everything was seamless. No hidden fees. Had someone come to my home and gave me a quote and that’s what I paid. The pickup was terrific. Extra things packed were perfect. The delivery was flawless

We had an excellent experience— it was so incredibly worth the cost. Our salesman, Gary, was very friendly, helpful, and patient as he educated us about the process. Our assigned customer service rep, Shannon, walked with us through the whole process (answering our many questions and patiently accepting changes).
