I personally loved the two places I stored my luggage but it’s important to note each location has its own hours, cleanliness, etc. they’re basically independent businesses that just work through luggage hero. I really liked Draper hotel and broadway barber shop but I’d also read reviews on individual places and confirm hours before booking.

I chose LuggageHero for their far more flexible options, I was impressed by the supplier who were welcoming and efficient and ensured I had pictures to verify my luggage on collection. The LuggageHero app was easy to use and prices reasonable

The service was excellent! The staff is friendly, it works 24h and it’s a nice hotel! The advice I would give is, just book when you get there. As soon as you make a reservation, a counter will start and you have to drop your bags, so better just do it on the place (for the people complaining about double charges, this wont happen if you do that).

Alles perfekt. Die Dame am Empfang des Hotels (das Hotel bietet den Service als zusätzliche Dienstleistung an) war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Gebucht und bezahlt wird direkt über die App.

I do not recommend using this company. I was unable to store my luggage with them—not because of any fault on my part, but because the company failed to clearly communicate their operating hours. As a result, I had to cancel, yet I received no partial refund, let alone a full refund. The booking was simply cancelled, and I didn’t get any of my money back. It wasn’t a no-show, and I did go to the designated location on time, but I received no service at all. Please think twice before using this company.

The staff was efficient and polite. It's nice to have a safe place to leave luggage so close to Penn Station.
