other than the fact that the place is exceptionally clean and I feel incredibly safe and that my things are secure everyone that I have come in contact with at the staff has been more than accommodating, especially my friend Carmen. She is customer service personified. She is very warm and she’s also very helpful. I am so grateful that she was there for me during my time of moving things because my stress level was met by her professionalism and her calm demeanor I cannot speak enough to how extremely grateful I am for her helping hand and expertise. I recommend this place to anyone

Customer service was superb! Efficient, fast, friendly, warm, clear, informative. Perfect! Heather H. was truly a rockstar. She made the whole renting process clear and easy. If I ever open my own company, I would immediately hire her for Customer Service! Brava!

I am a brand new client of this Manhattan Mini Storage location, and I already love the team there. Carmen (onsite) and Tim (in the customer service department) have been very friendly, patient, warm, and caring (yes, caring!) about my storage needs and moving challenges that just recently arose. I was scheduled with a moving company to move my things out of a different storage company's facility in Newark, NJ, into Manhattan Mini Storage this Saturday. I found out today that the elevator in the other company's Newark facility was taken offline for renovation and would not be operational again until sometime in January 2026. This made it impossible for me to make the move this Saturday, and left me paying two separate storage units. I called Carmen to explain the situation. She was genuinely concerned and sympathetic and found creative ways to ease my burden. I am grateful to her and Tim for their excellent customer service!

I have been using this storage space for 4 years (crazy...!) and went through the ownership transfer from Public Storage to Manhattan Mini Storage. I have to say that I now experience stellar customer service thanks to Carmen and her team. I was ready to move out due to the price increase, but Carmen went above and beyond to help me find a unit that better fits my needs. That level of care made all the difference. I am now a happy customer and will stay with this property. Five stars!

Deola was such an amazing help! Our original unit location couldn’t fit our couch and when we informed her, she immediately got us a different unit and made the process incredibly simple. If you need a storage unit in Hell’s Kitchen, this is the spot!

I cant recommend highly enough ! Carmen was fantastic and really helped us out, really patient and understanding and went out of her way to help ! She spent a lot of time and effort to make sure our things were safely stored and even let us borrow some umbrellas to stop us getting soaked in the rain for a few hours ! Amazing customer service !
