I have a very smooth check-in and special short out to the store manager Jasmine, she showed me the unit and helped me transfer to a unit that suits my needs. I would highly recommend the store and the location. You can even purchase moving boxes and borrow carts to help yourself move.
Amazing place! Very clean, convenient, and secure. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Special thanks to David — such a kind, helpful, and attentive employee. Had a great experience, highly recommend!
Just went and met the most friendly and helpful staff. Jasmine really helped me get started and figuring everything out. Also David the maintenance man was really solid and really cares about making sure everything goes right and well. All the staff seemed really nice and especially David and Jasmine both who i interacted with.
Firstly, I commend this storage facility for its efficient management, outstanding customer service, and immaculate cleanliness. While I understand that inflation is affecting economies around the world, I am not pleased to receive notifications about upcoming increases in unit prices. However, Jasmine took the time to review options with me and offered several suggestions on how I could save money while keeping my unit. Her advice and knowledge of the products and services provided were exceptional. I hope this corporation recognizes her work ethic and considers her for a promotion.
I came here under a lot of stress and I was assisted by Jaquan he was very welcoming and gave me the best experience. I want to thank Jaquan and I will definitely recommend this facility to friends and family. When you come here ask for Jaquan ! 10/10 experience !
