Jessica was a saint today. She was the only associate working at the time and handled each customer-including myself, with the utmost customer care. Each person had their unique needs from unit swaps, to move outs and payments, to a number of bathroom requests; and my very own-first day checking in and needing to see my unit and get set up. Jessica never lost her cool. She acknowledged every single request and we all felt seen, heard and well-assisted. Thank you for your patience and all your support today Jessica! This feels like a great sign of the service experience to expect at this location. You are truly a gem!

Ive been with Manhattan Mini Storage for years 10+ to be exact. The increased pricing is ridiculous especially considering i've been with them so long. No grandfathered in prices, and theyve had new owners 2x since my first time renting with them. Now, the customer service is exceptional, the location is clean and secure…that is why i have not left. And I also don't want to have to lug all my stuff out and move to a new company.

I’d visited a local MMS location to inquire about storage units and went online to view them as well. I got a call back from Tim, in corporate accounts to follow up on my inquiry; Tim was extremely helpful, pleasant to work with. He was great at helping me to find the right space and reserve a unit for the coming weekend. Tim made it a seamless process in deciding the perfect space for my needs and all that the process entails. Thank you Tim!

I’ve had a great experience with Manhattan Mini Storage overall. The service has been consistently good, whether I’m speaking with staff at the facility or with a customer service representative. When I had a question about billing, Jessica from customer service quickly cleared things up for me. She was kind, professional, and made sure I fully understood my charges. Really appreciate the follow-up and care!

Heather H. Was the most incredible costumer service representative. She was super nice and efficient and understanding. Helped me out so much, that this makes me excited to make business with this company. Also, shout out to Troy P! I made a mistake and booked the wrong size unit and he was able to get me a full refund in a couple of minutes. Honestly both of them made this experience a great one!

Clean and well run. Friendly, helpful front desk service. Ample parking next to loading/unloading dock and plenty of pushcarts available to move items to/from vehicle to storage unit. They also have a small shop of moving supplies such as boxes, bubble paper, tape, mattress covers, etc. Highly recommend.

Very nice, clean facility. The only problem is, there's only one bathroom in customer service area once they leave, you cannot use the bathroom after that. I had to use the bathroom had to stop what I was doing. go home because there was no bathroom in the facility.
