Location of free OSHA-30 Training provided for NYCHA residents and they just denied my partner access to this training because they don’t want to accept the proof of address. People don’t got money to be taking public transportation just to be denied. This exactly why we put in effort to get this training so we can get a job. This is what they do- they send out flyers but 8/10 wont let you in. They want you to struggle and do your best for some business that dont give a damn about you except helping their business. Wasted time and money we cant even afford. Thanks for NOTHING

Extremely disappointing experience with this organization. I registered with them back in December, and almost a year later, my child still hasn't been arranged for childcare. We have experienced discrimination throughout this process, and the lack of support and communication is unacceptable. If I could, I would give zero stars. Beware of their services!

there are many departments here and this place can offer a great deal. I took advantage or (so I thought) of a not 1 not 2 but 3 week kind of shall we say employment program which at the end included going to security trying school for a few days. This program really could have been condensed down and in a lot a ways was really not that useful. They did help with resumes and any background problems and getting paperwork sent to albany. And they did pay for it. But really it was a bid sacrifice of time. Often we went over customer service that basically a teenager would probably know. We also had to complete silly training classes online and were told to clock in for longer if we were fast. Yes that really is true! Even at a place like this you have people trying to rig the system to their advantage! They basically have us there as part of their reason for being there!! So if they make the class 3 weeks then they get paid more. They do all kinds of other things here too. taxes which one can easily sign up for. legal help, and a whole bunch of other things I do not know about. All in all a great place but there was some corruption there imo

Went to them for tax preparation and everyone was helpful. (Even at 9:15 on a Sunday morning.)

They really help everyone as much as they can. I was always treated with a lot of respect and kindness, I spent about 6 months taking free English classes which were excellent. It was a very good experience. I can't say anything negative about them. Always with a great disposition. I being an immigrant, I felt like a family because they even helped me to apply for a job. They have different helps. You can also take classes that will prepare you for the citizenship exam. Be kind ,patient and positive also ask for Venecia and thank her for me too .

During my tax prep appointment, their representative lost my ID. Later they said to me that another client walked away with it. This is flagrantly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I never permitted them to use my personal data in any way, especially sharing it with somebody. Besides that, such activity is very suspicious and could quickly be identity theft. Later when I came to pick up my documents their security guard said that they were closed for lunch. No one said anything to me about it when they called me. Alongside it was their fault that I needed to come back. So, I waited for an hour in the rain with other clients. This is unethical, disrespectful, and a completely wrong attitude. No one deserves to be treated like that. Horrible impression and the worst experience possible. I can’t recommend doing business with them.
