The facility itself is spotless, secure, and super modern. I love the climate-controlled units that keep everything in perfect condition, especially with NYC’s unpredictable weather. Access is easy with extended hours, and the location couldn’t be better—right in Yorkville, close to everything without the hassle of downtown traffic. Plus, the free WiFi in the lobby was a nice touch while I organized my stuff. Pricing is fair for the quality, and I feel completely at ease knowing my belongings are protected by top-notch security features like 24/7 surveillance and individual alarms. I have storage at East 90th Street. This location is quite new, good security, and climate controlled. Don't forget to ask for the senior discount. I was not informed of this when I signed up, and be aware that the staff at this location are not the "warmest" and need training in customer relations. What a difference in attitude when I telephoned the general customer service number! Bruce was friendly, polite, and professional whilst I asked questions and discussed my problem. He represents SecureSpace in an exemplary manner!

The weekend staffing/service is *complete garbage*. Either the site office is closed, even though the business claims guaranteed staffing during gate hours, or, the office is open, but, no one is around. Case in point: last Saturday, I did not see a staff member for the one hour that I was there, and on that Sunday, the office was, "closed", but the bay doors were left wide open, which is a major security issue. Oh, and, because of the unacceptable weekend situation, the bathroom in the building is now host to questionable activity (I saw two men come off the street yesterday, ask for an access code from a person moving, and, both enter the bathroom together).

The space is CLEAN, THANK YOU JESUS! fellow tenants thank you for keeping the space clean...team work makes the dream work!! The Secure Space Team is On it under high intense moments and when it is calm. Daneysha's presence is above professional: she is superb! God bless the team at the East 90th location, from my !
