Place was dirty, some units have broken walls where u can see the neighbors stuff in it. The staff there are helpful.

I've been using this storage facility for the past two years, and it has truly been the best experience I've had compared to any other storage companies I've used. Stan, the manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and runs the facility with professionalism and care. From the moment I first inquired about a unit, he was always helpful and responsive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's rare to find a place that’s both well-managed and welcoming—I highly recommend it.

I visited the storage post on 10th Street today and received exceptional service from Elvis. He addressed my questions, showcased the lockers, and clearly explained their operations. I appreciated his patience in presenting my options and his dedication to ensuring I found the right fit. I opted for a locker, and Elvis efficiently finalized the arrangement. Thank you, Elvis.

Their customer service is incompetent to such an extraordinary degree that, if anything ever goes wrong, you are basically out of luck. I am owed a substantial refund for months and months, which they freely admit, but which they actually refuse to pay. After all the emails (to which they never respond) as well as all the calls (during which they hide their head in the sand, and just make you eternally, gratuitously wait on hold, to provide you with zero useful information), their policy of freely admitting debts, but refusing actually to honor them, starts to look like theft: specifically, a super easy way to steal money from their current/former customers, in the hope that they will just go away, out of frustration. I have already filed a complaint with the NYS Attorney General, as I cannot imagine I am the only customer from whom they have sought to steal funds, in this way, by withholding them for absolutely no reason. Otherwise, the most shocking thing about this facility is that the individual storage bins lack any proper roof: it's basically just wire mesh over each bin, which provides zero security. Likewise, the doors to the bins are cheaply, inadequately hinged to the wall, providing further problems of lack of security. They are a total nightmare: pay a little more elsewhere, spare yourself the headache, and get a much better service.

I wanted to specifically thank Stan for being such a hospitable and helpful employee. He greeted me cheerfully at 8am and made the process as seamless and transparent as possible. Very happy to be using this place to store my stuff!

Got this for my brother and helped him get settled in. It was easy and we were pleasantly surprised that the 5×5 accommodated what he had. There are unfortunately only 2 bays but plenty of those flatbed hand trucks.

Very good help and the warm welcome from the staff. Made it very helpful to give me the first 2 months free due to shortage of income. God is so Good
